Be advised NEX Entertainment Solutions (NES) is a seller of legal streaming content provided by a third party. NES does not host, produce, store, maintain, or re-transmit any content of it's own. Account managers are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00pm.  All new accounts will be processed during these hours.  Subscriptions purchased on the weekends will be processed the following Monday. For monthly subscriptions your E-bill will always be due 7 days before your plan expires. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive it within 7 days of expiration.  If your plan expires any available credits will be forfeited and a new account will need to be created.  It is highly recommended that you have internet speeds greater than 50 mbps and a device with a minimum of 2GB of RAM to enjoy smooth HD streaming. By purchasing you agree that once your account is activated or product has shipped all sales are final.
